Ovarian Cancer - Phase I/IIa Clinical Trial of BC-819

Trial Objective
This open-label, dose escalation Phase I/IIa trial is designed to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy of BC-819 administered intraperitoneally in patients with advanced stage ovarian cancer, or primary peritoneal carcinoma.
Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria
To be eligible to participate in this study, patients must meet a number of inclusion/exclusion criteria.
Treatment
Patients will receive 12 weekly treatments of BC-819 intraperitoneally, using a catheter previously placed in an operation.
